Who We Are
Headquartered in Metairie, Louisiana, RMS was established in
May 2017 and is a licensed and insured commercial HVAC, Plumbing, Medical Gas,
and Sheet Metal Contractor. Our management team has over 100 years of combined
mechanical construction experience in a wide variety of industries. Our
expertise covers projects in healthcare, hospitality, educational institutions,
government, retail, entertainment, laboratories, and more. RMS’ main focus is
to provide service and support for our customers while delivering a
high-quality product.

Located in Pearl River, Louisiana on 3 acres of property, RMS operates a fully functioning 25,000 square foot fabrication facility and warehouse where our sheetmetal and piping fabrication is completed. This supports RMS and our customers in delivering a major competitive advantage while simultaneously providing both cycle and lead time efficiencies.
RMS was awarded the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Excellence in Construction Award for Commercial Mechanical in 2022 for the Children’s Hospital Expansion and Renovations project.
RMS was honored to leverage our short but rich history of experience in the healthcare industry. The size and complexity of the sheet metal scope of this project as a natural fit to highlight RMS’ capabilities. Our investment of time and energy in value engineering, pre-construction, BIM 3D modeling, fabrication processes, critical area assessment, problem-solving capabilities, and quality installation contributed to the project’s success.
